libghc-yi-rope-dev software package provides Rope data structure used by Yi, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-yi-rope-dev
libghc-yi-rope-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-yi-rope-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-yi-rope-dev *
You will get with libghc-yi-rope-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
